Joey shares Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga classes at Elephant House & Hypnobirthing courses in Bedminster. You can book below or through MoveGB. ​

A full schedule of this week's classes can be found at the bottom of this page. Classes are in person but there is also the option to attend online. Your class booking confirmation email will contain the link to your class. If you are booking through MoveGB, please check in to the class to have access to the link. Classes will still be live and interactive :)

Joeys classes incorporate traditional teachings with a playful open-hearted approach, encouraging students to laugh and have fun with their practice. With a calming nature, high energy and passion for life, my classes will both nurture and challenge, encouraging that connection between body, mind and breath.

For Pregnancy and Post-natal classes at Elephant House, the first class is bookable as a drop in and then in blocks, which do not have to be consecutive:

I first started yoga with Joey as a 1 to 1. I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I would be able to do it because I had never done any yoga before and couldn’t even touch my toes…I was instantly hooked. I left after our first class with the yoga bug. Joey couldn’t have been more welcoming and encouraging. Joeys positivity and passion for yoga is contagious. She never judges and takes everyone’s individual circumstance and history into account. Allowing her to adapt the yoga practice so it is suitable for everyone. Joey has a gift which allows her to teach such a wide range of classes. You can instantly be relaxed during a yin yang class and also have abs which are burning (in a good way) in strength and conditioning. 2 years later and my passion for yoga is even stronger. I still regularly attend Joeys yoga classes and have recommended them to so many friends.
