Come along to these nourishing and informative classes to  alleviate aches and pains, work towards a positive, active birth experience and connect with your baby.  

Pregnancy Yoga 

These classes are specially designed to help nurture, stretch and strengthen your body while pregnant. Focus on breathing and visualisations minimises stress and improve sleep while pregnant, as well as remain calm and in control during the birth process. A deep understanding and regular practice of pelvic floor exercises increases elasticity in the pelvic floor and improves recovery after birth. Yoga postures are adapted to relieve common, pregnancy related ailments, such as backache and swollen limbs. Everything is tailored to empower your individual journey to becoming a Mum.

Birth Preparation

Join Joey and other guest birth experts, to help you feel empowered, informed and confident in the choices you make in the lead up and during your birth journey. Each week we explore a topic, based on the latest scientific research to help you prepare for birth and life as a new mum with confidence. Our antenatal education is presented in a fun, easy to understand and down to earth approach, covering all topics so that you are completely prepared. 


Classes are also a great way to meet other lovely, like-minded Mums-to-be, and can be a great bonding experience as you prepare for birth and motherhood. Regular meet-ups and a WhatsApp group means you are part of a community on your doorstep. 


Classes are both online and in person. Your online class booking confirmation email will contain the link to your class and if you cannot make it then you will be sent the recording to do it at a time that works for you. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks. Book here or via MoveGB. First class available as a drop in and then in a 4 week pass, which does not have to be used consecutively. After 37 weeks (36 for twins), return to drop in classes.
